These terms govern use of thresor.com and the Thresor Failed-Run Review service, including pilot engagements. By using the site or engaging the service, you agree to the terms below.
The service
Thresor reviews failed or ambiguous runs from commercial cleaning robot fleets and returns structured labels, escalation flags, and weekly failure summaries according to the scope and SLA agreed in writing with each customer.
Pilot engagements
- Pilot scope, volume cap, turnaround, and delivery format are set in the pilot agreement before kickoff.
- Pilot fees are fixed and do not change during the pilot.
- Either party may conclude the pilot early with written notice; work completed is non-refundable.
Customer responsibilities
- Provide runs and supporting artifacts in the agreed format and cadence.
- Provide the review rubric and answer calibration questions in a reasonable timeframe.
- Ensure you have the right to share the submitted data with Thresor.
Confidentiality
Each party treats the other's non-public information as confidential and uses it only to fulfill the engagement. Thresor does not share customer data outside the reviewer team assigned to your account.
Ownership
You own the data you submit. You own the labels and summaries we return. Thresor retains ownership of its review rubric templates, tooling, and methodology.
Warranty and liability
Thresor provides the service with commercially reasonable care but does not warrant that reviews will be perfect or that every escalation recommendation will be acted on. Liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Governing terms
Signed pilot or service agreements take precedence over this page where they conflict. This page will be superseded by formal master service terms once finalized.
