Thresor processes data customers send us — robot mission video, logs, task metadata, and review rubrics — for the sole purpose of returning the structured labels and summaries defined in the agreed pilot or service scope. This page describes what we collect, how we handle it, and what we never do.
What we collect from customers
- Mission video or replay data you submit for review
- Event logs, task metadata, site and robot identifiers
- Your review rubric, SOPs, and any support notes you attach
- Contact information for the people we coordinate with on your team
What we collect from this website
- Standard server logs (IP, user agent, page viewed, timestamp)
- Privacy-friendly analytics for aggregate traffic only — no personal profiling
- Anything you submit through the pilot inquiry form
How we use it
Customer-submitted operational data is used only to produce the reviewed output and weekly summaries described in the engagement. We do not use it to train third-party models, resell it, or share it beyond the reviewer team working on your account.
Retention
Review artifacts are retained for the duration of the engagement plus a short handover period agreed in the data processing terms. Raw submissions are deleted on request at any time.
Subprocessors
Thresor uses a small set of operational tools (file storage, email, analytics). A current list is available on request; material changes are communicated to pilot and production customers.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of data we hold about you or your organization at any time by emailing hello@thresor.com.
